With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, Mame has been with ConferenceDirect since 2010. She began her career in hotel operations and spent two decades in financial leadership as a Property Controller.

She later transitioned into hotel sales and ultimately served as Director of Sales, gaining a well-rounded perspective on both the operational and revenue-generating sides of the business. Mame remains actively engaged in the industry through her involvement with MPI Upstate NY Chapter, Empire State Society of Association Executives, NYS Hospitality and Tourism Association, and Discover Saratoga.
